Ten stages, three countries' worth of road conditions, one long Kali Gandaki detour.
Day 5 and Day 6 should stay flexible by a few hours rather than treating the listed times as guaranteed — the Pokhara–Mustang road has mixed surfaces, and the higher sections are sensitive to winter snow and ice, especially around Ghasa–Jomsom.
Kathmandu, Chitwan and Lumbini are deliberately left out of this ten-day plan — adding them would rush the ride. Pokhara, Ghandruk, the Kali Gandaki valley, Marpha, Kagbeni and Muktinath are already the strongest version of this trip.
